Mystery Groin, Delicate Mullet

I've decided to make a character that has an exclusivity to the adventurer who makes their acquaintance.

If the adventurer who meets them is a male, the Delicate Mullet will turn out to be female.
However, If the adventurer who meets them is a female, the Delicate Mullet will turn out to be futanari!
...And if the adventurer who meets them is a genderless or freeform character, the Delicate Mullet will turn out to be...a RobotGirl!

Her true purpose remains a mystery however... Maybe she holds a macguffin, or maybe if you help her, she'll give you something awesome that you can sweep bosses with!
