Cai and the Ignition Blade

Back then, when Cai used to Ignite, all of her clothes would burn away, replacing them with deadly flames that could incinerate nearly anythng that touched her. She has since been able to don clothing that would resist the former, and now R&D won't have to make so many just for her to burn through every time she transforms!

During Ignition, Cai envelopes herself in bright flames. Fortunately, she can control temperature and width, as well as extinguish or draw smaller flames to her. She isn't hurt by this or anyone else's fire attacks (She absorbs them), but she can be by the obvious opposing elements. especially while in this state.

The sword she's pictured with, forged a decade ago, comes from her impressive ability to forge in this heated state. It is of her own creation and has proven to be the most powerful sword she would ever wield. Because a large portion of her Flame attributed power was sealed inside it to retain its strength, it was placed inside of a stone case to prevent it from burning others. The heat that radiated from either the sword or Cai's body reached 1,000F and higher. She can form any weapon from flames she controls, (those remaining flame and not solid objects), but the Ignition blade can never be reshaped unless it is wielded by someone capable of its intense power, such as its creator or a deity.

It is her own personal "Eleventh Hour Superpower," and only used as a last resort since it's also an "Infinity+1 Sword."
